Sea bass is a tender and tasty fish. To preserve its juiciness, we cooked the bass in the oven, adding lemon and a little spice. It turned out to be a tasty and light dish that can be served with vegetables or your favorite side dish for dinner.
How to cook Quick Sea Bass Steak
Step 1
Wash the scaled sea bass thoroughly again and dry it. Cut the fish, making a cut along the spine, separate the head and tail. Make small cuts on the fish fillet, sprinkle generously with salt, dried basil, sprinkle with lemon juice.
Step 2
Place the fish on foil, cut the lemon into thin slices and place them along the fish. Bake for 20 minutes at 190 ℃. Then take the fish out.
