Pork ribs with aromatic herbs and bell pepper
Ribs are an incredibly tasty and filling lunch. Juicy meat on the bone with a thin layer of fat under a spicy-hot sauce with vegetables will become the main dish of your table.
How to cook Pork ribs with aromatic herbs and bell pepper
Step 1

Garlic and chili peppers should be cut into small pieces.
Step 2

In a deep plate, pour the ribs with sunflower oil, honey, soy sauce, add garlic, chili pepper, salt and spices.

Before baking, prepare the ribs: pour the marinade over them, cover the bowl with cling film and keep them in the refrigerator for at least an hour.

Place the ribs in a baking dish in the oven preheated to 220 degrees for an hour and a half, after pouring the remaining marinade over them.

Remove the stalk and seeds from the pepper. Cut it into strips.
Step 7

Chop the greens. Mix the onion, pepper, greens and garlic in a deep bowl and season the salad with soy sauce.
