Pork ribs in parchment

How to cook Pork ribs in parchment
Step 1
Sprinkle pork ribs generously with salt and pepper. Cover the ribs with foil and leave to marinate for 3-5 hours.
Step 2
At this time, peel and cut the onion into half rings. Put half the onion in a deep bowl, sprinkle with sugar. Lay the ribs on top of the onion. Put the remaining onion on the ribs. Cover the container with foil and send to the oven, preheated to 130-150 degrees, for 6 hours.
Step 3
After 6 hours, take out the ribs, remove the onions, put the ribs in parchment, pre-water with barbecue sauce, and send them to the microwave for a few minutes. Remove the ribs, cut the parchment, sprinkle with cilantro and sesame seeds. Serve hot.
