Plums marinated with garlic

How to cook Plums marinated with garlic
Step 1
1. Wash the plums, cut and remove the pits. Break the garlic into cloves and peel. Put a clove of garlic into each plum. Place plums in jars. 2. Boil water with sugar, vinegar and spices. Pour hot syrup over plums and leave overnight. The next day, drain the syrup, boil again and pour over the plums. Close jars and store.
