Step 1

To prepare the pie, you will need 10-12 plums, which must be divided into halves and separated from the stone.

Step 2

Beat soft butter with white sugar. Add one egg at a time while continuing to beat.

Step 3

Add wheat flour sifted with baking powder in portions, mix until smooth. The dough will have a thick texture.

Step 4

Plum and Cinnamon Pie

Grease a 24cm springform pan with butter and line the bottom with parchment paper. Lay out the dough, smooth it out. Put the halves of the plums on top, without pressing them into the dough, sprinkle with cane sugar mixed with cinnamon. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 C until cooked (test for a dry splinter).
