1. Sift flour with salt. Cream the butter in a blender until foamy. Continuing to beat, add the yolks one at a time. Pour the mixture into a large bowl, add flour, sour cream and baking powder. Roll each ball into a small cake. 6. Put on half of the resulting cakes, 1 tbsp. l. fillings. Grease the edges of the cakes with water. Cover with the remaining tortillas, pinch the edges. Preheat oven to 180°C. Place a sheet of parchment paper on a baking sheet. Lay out the pies and let stand for 10 - 15 minutes. Brush the surface of the patties with a lightly beaten egg. Put in the oven and bake for 20 minutes. BTW The filling for these pies can also be prepared from chicken hearts.
