Peaches in a puff
Nectarines can be used instead of peaches in this recipe. The main thing is that the fruits should not be overripe, otherwise they will turn into mashed potatoes.
How to cook Peaches in a puff
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 190ºС. Peaches cut into slices. Melt the butter, add 1 tbsp. sugar, stir. Grease a sheet of puff pastry with butter and sugar. Put a second sheet on it and roll it into a thin layer. Cut into 2 pieces.
Step 2
Keeping your hand on the weight, use your fingers to gather the dough into large folds from the edges to the middle of the piece.
Step 3
Place peach slices in the resulting folds, sprinkle with the remaining sugar. Put a sheet of parchment on a baking sheet, grease with oil. Place the peach puffs on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes. Sprinkle finished puffs with powdered sugar.
