How to cook Omelet with ham and sweet pepper
Step 1
Wash peppers, cut in half, remove seeds and partitions, cut into slices. Peel and mince the garlic. Ham also cut into slices.
Step 2
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and fry, stirring occasionally, the ham and peppers over low heat for 10 minutes. Whisk eggs in a bowl. Salt, pepper, add chopped garlic.
Step 3
In a separate frying pan, melt the butter, pour in the egg mixture and let it set, lightly pressing the surface with the convex side of the spoon. Arrange the fried ham and pepper evenly on top of the eggs. Cook everything together for another 2-3 minutes, then roll up the omelet and serve immediately.
