Multigrain porridge with baked banana
Have porridge for breakfast! To be beautiful, healthy and well-fed! But sometimes porridge is unbearably boring. I propose to diversify the usual multi-grain porridge with a fragrant banana baked in orange juice with cinnamon.
How to cook Multigrain porridge with baked banana
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 190 degrees. We clean the banana, cut it lengthwise, put it in a refractory form.
Step 2
Squeeze the juice from the orange, pour over the banana slices. Sprinkle sugar, cinnamon on top and lay out small pieces of butter. We send it to a preheated oven for 15-20 minutes. until a characteristic appetizing golden crust is formed.
Step 3
While the banana is baking, cook your favorite porridge. I have a multi-grain porridge with flax seeds and chia seeds. You can use any - to taste, cooked in milk or water.
Step 4
Serve porridge with a baked banana, garnished with fresh or frozen raspberries.
