Muksun cutlets
Mucus cutlets are prepared quickly and simply, for their preparation you do not need to have any special skills. Only whitefish, only a meat grinder and only a frying pan!
How to cook Muksun cutlets
Step 1
Soak bread in milk for 15-20 minutes. Squeeze lightly, pass through a meat grinder along with fish fillet, onion and garlic.
Step 2
Minced pepper, salt, add the egg, beaten until smooth. To stir thoroughly. Shape into large patties (2/3 of the palm of your hand and 3-4 cm high), lightly roll in flour.
Step 3
Fry in a preheated pan with vegetable oil until crispy on both sides, 2 minutes each. from each side. Reduce the heat, cover the pan with a lid and fry until fully cooked. Serve warm.
