Lasagna
How to cook Lasagna
Step 1
Simmer minced meat with finely chopped onion and garlic over medium heat for about five minutes. Add chopped tomatoes, tomato paste and half a glass of drinking water. Mix well. Add sugar, dried basil, Italian seasoning or other herb mix, one tablespoon salt, pepper, and two tablespoons parsley. Cover and simmer for an hour and a half, stirring occasionally.
Step 2
Mix in a bowl two eggs, the remaining parsley and 1/2 tsp. salt.
Step 3
Boil the lasagna sheets, if necessary.
Step 4
Take a rectangular shape. Spread one and a half cups of meat sauce on its bottom and put noodle sheets on top. Cover them with egg mixture. Then lay out the mozzarella cheese cut into slices. Top with meat sauce again, sprinkle with cheese. Repeat as many times as needed. Sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top of the meat sauce.
Step 5
Cover with foil so that it does not touch the cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 35 minutes. (After 25 minutes, remove the foil). Refrigerate before serving.
