How to cook Georgian hot pepper adjika
Step 1

Gently roast the cumin to release its aroma. Add it and the other spices to a mortar and pestle and grind.
Step 2

Mix peeled garlic, chopped pepper and spices using an immersion blender.
Step 3

Pour the adjika into a jar and seal it with a lid. Store the adjika in a cool place. After opening the jar, use rubber lids for storage.
