Funchoza with sausage

How to cook Funchoza with sausage
Step 1

Pour boiling water over the funchose for 6-8 minutes. Drain the water through a colander and rinse it with water.

Grate the carrots and cucumber, cut the sausage into strips. Put the carrots and sausage in a preheated frying pan with oil. Fry for 2-3 minutes. Put them in a deep dish.
