Funchoza with sausage
Salad with funchose and sausage can be both an appetizer and a main dish. If you like spicy dishes, then add more spices, soy sauce and 2-3 cloves of garlic to the salad. Choose any sausage for this recipe, rely on your own taste. But note that it is better to fry boiled sausage, as it stays soft longer. Carrots and cucumber will add juiciness and freshness to the salad.
How to cook Funchoza with sausage
Step 1

Pour boiling water over the funchose for 6-8 minutes. Drain the water through a colander and rinse it with water.
Step 2

Grate the carrots and cucumber, cut the sausage into strips. Put the carrots and sausage in a preheated frying pan with oil. Fry for 2-3 minutes. Put them in a deep dish.
Step 3

Add chopped cucumber to the dish, pepper and salt. Pour in soy sauce, add coriander and mix well.
