Classic Caesar
Caesar salad is a popular American dish all over the world. Nowadays, the menu of almost every restaurant includes this appetizer. We suggest you prepare a traditional Caesar salad yourself, which is not inferior to the restaurant dish. For maximum compliance with the traditional recipe, use a special sauce, not mayonnaise.
How to cook Classic Caesar
Step 1

Cut the chicken breast into small pieces.
Step 2

Using the flat side of a knife, crush the garlic cloves.
Step 3

Heat a frying pan with olive oil. Add crushed garlic cloves to give the oil a garlicky flavor.
Step 4

Transfer the sliced chicken to the pan.
Step 5

Fry the chicken until cooked through, 7-10 minutes.

Prepare the croutons for the salad in a preheated dry frying pan.

Dice the tomato.
Step 8

Line the bottom of a salad plate with lettuce.
Step 9

Place the cooked chicken on top of the salad.

Place the chopped tomato in a salad bowl.

Add croutons and parmesan.
Step 12

Season the salad with mayonnaise.
Step 13

Garnish the salad with half a tomato, add salt and pepper to taste.
Step 14

Serve the salad immediately so that the croutons do not absorb too much moisture and remain crispy. Enjoy!
