
Cut the chicken breast into small pieces.

Using the flat side of a knife, crush the garlic cloves.

Heat a frying pan with olive oil. Add crushed garlic cloves to give the oil a garlicky flavor.

Transfer the sliced chicken to the pan.

Fry the chicken until cooked through, 7-10 minutes.

Prepare the croutons for the salad in a preheated dry frying pan.

Dice the tomato.

Line the bottom of a salad plate with lettuce.

Place the cooked chicken on top of the salad.

Place the chopped tomato in a salad bowl.

Add croutons and parmesan.

Season the salad with mayonnaise.

Garnish the salad with half a tomato, add salt and pepper to taste.

Serve the salad immediately so that the croutons do not absorb too much moisture and remain crispy. Enjoy!
