Chopped pork cutlets with zucchini

Chopped pork chops with zucchini are a great excuse to add variety to your collection of burger recipes. Mix ground pork, fried onions, zucchini together with liquid, season with soy sauce and teriyaki. Add cilantro and black pepper, knead the minced meat thoroughly with your hands, 5-7 minutes. Place in refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Step 5

Wetting your hands in hot water, form small round plump cutlets from the resulting mass. Dust each cutlet with flour.

Step 6

Preheat oven to 160°C. Fry the cutlets over high heat in olive oil until golden brown on both sides, then place in the oven for 10 minutes. Serve with green salad.
