Chopped pork cutlets with zucchini
Chopped pork chops with zucchini are a great excuse to add variety to your collection of burger recipes. How to cook Chopped pork cutlets with zucchini
Step 1
Chop the onion very finely. Fry the onion in a little oil over medium heat, 5 minutes, cool

If the zucchini has a very tough skin, peel it, but it is better to grate the whole zucchini on a coarse grater. Salt a little and leave for 10 minutes. Finely chop the cilantro.
Step 3
Cut the pork into smaller pieces, then chop with a cleaver or two heavy knives. Do not use a meat grinder - it will taste completely different.
Step 4
Mix ground pork, fried onions, zucchini together with liquid, season with soy sauce and teriyaki. Add cilantro and black pepper, knead the minced meat thoroughly with your hands, 5-7 minutes. Place in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Step 5
Wetting your hands in hot water, form small round plump cutlets from the resulting mass. Dust each cutlet with flour.
Step 6
Preheat oven to 160°C. Fry the cutlets over high heat in olive oil until golden brown on both sides, then place in the oven for 10 minutes. Serve with green salad.
