Chicken burger
A chicken burger is a great alternative to the usual one: thanks to the bird, and not the meat in the composition of the patty, the dish is lighter and more tender. By the way, this option is usually very popular with children! So instead of buying your little fidget a burger from a fast food restaurant, spend some time and offer your child something much tastier and healthier. Please note: we strongly recommend using chicken thigh for minced meat, because it is more juicy than breast fillet. And in this case, this property is incredibly valuable! Otherwise, the chicken burger will turn out dry, and the taste experience of tasting it will be spoiled.
How to cook Chicken burger
Step 1

Prepare the minced chicken burger. To do this, pre-freeze chicken fat or lard, then grate it on a fine grater into a bowl. Place back in freezer until use.
Step 2

Wash the chicken thigh fillet and cut into small cubes. Pass half through a meat grinder with a fine grate, the rest through a meat grinder with a large one.
Step 3

Peel and chop the onion as finely as possible. Pour cold water with salt over it and leave for 10 minutes. Throw on a sieve. Mix the chopped chicken flesh with the yolk, chicken fat / lard and onions.
Step 4

Salt and pepper the mixture and shape into 4 burger patties. Place on a tray lined with baking paper and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Step 5
Cut the burger buns into halves, brush the inner surface of each with butter and fry from the side of the cut until golden brown in a grill pan. Finely chop the red onion, mozzarella and tomatoes. Wash lettuce leaves and pat dry.
Step 6
Heat a grill pan to high heat, grease it with oil. Fry the patties on both sides, turning three times (about 10 minutes). Divide among buns along with all prepared ingredients. Serve mayonnaise and ketchup separately with burgers.
