Chicken and caramelized apple salad

Step 1

Wash chicken meat, dry and cut into cubes. Roll in vegetable oil. Fry in a hot skillet for 3 minutes.

Step 2

Wash the peppers and apples, cut into slices, removing the core. Pour apples in boiling water. Heat sugar and water in a frying pan. Add the apples and mix thoroughly so that they are evenly covered with caramel, remove them from the pan and set aside. Lightly fry the pepper in vegetable oil.

Step 3

Add a pinch of hot red pepper, apple juice and butter to the remaining caramel. Simmer over low heat until the sauce thickens, 6 minutes. Put the chicken, apples and peppers in a salad bowl, season with sauce.
