Broth with pancakes

How to cook Broth with pancakes
Step 1
1. Remove excess fat from the surface of the broth with a paper towel. If the broth is cooked in advance, it must be put in the refrigerator, and the next day, before reheating, remove the fat that has risen to the surface and solidified. 2. Wash the greens, dry and finely chop. Knead the batter from flour, eggs, milk and herbs. Preheat the pan, pour in a little vegetable oil, 1 ladle of dough and fry the pancake on one side. Transfer to a dish. Bake the rest of the pancakes in the same way. 3. Roll each pancake into a roll, cut into small pieces. BTW how to cook meat broth
