Asparagus pie

Finely chop the pepper and onion, put together with the oil in a mold, cover, cook for a maximum of 2 minutes, stirring once. Spread the mixture onto the crust. Add asparagus and ham. Beat the egg with milk, pour over the pie, sprinkle with parsley and grated cheese. Bake in the microwave at 50% power for 10 minutes. Turn on the grill and bake for 4 more minutes. Let stand 5 minutes.

Ingredients

8 slices of ham
can of canned asparagus
egg - 1 pc
100 g cheddar cheese
1 onion, a bunch of parsley
1 ready-made sand cake
1 red pepper
milk
vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.
