Apple pie
A jellied pie is a real lifesaver for any housewife. All because it is easy to prepare, and the result is very tasty pastries. In this recipe, we offer you to prepare a jellied pie with apples. Soft sponge cake dough combined with sweet and sour apples will not leave anyone indifferent. You will need less than an hour to prepare it. This pie is perfect for tea drinking and will gather the whole family at the table!
How to cook Apple pie
Step 1

Cut the apples into small 1 cm cubes.
Step 2

Break chicken eggs into a deep bowl and add sugar.
Step 3

Beat the eggs with sugar for 2-3 minutes. The mixture should become lighter and fluffy.
Step 4

Add sifted flour, a pinch of salt and baking powder.
Step 5

Mix the dough thoroughly to avoid lumps.
Step 6

Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil or butter. Place the apples on the bottom of the dish.
Step 7

Pour the batter over the apples. Shake the pan gently to distribute the batter evenly and fill all the gaps.
Step 8

Place the pie in the oven to bake for 30-40 minutes at 180°C.
Step 9

Done. Serve the pie garnished with chocolate topping and a sprig of mint. Enjoy!
