Peel bananas. Squeeze juice from oranges. Rinse raisins. Mix both types of sugar. Place the serving dish in a warm oven. Melt the butter in a frying pan and brown the bananas for 4-5 minutes. from each side. Add sugar, raisins and orange juice, bring to a boil. Pour in half the rum and simmer for another 5 minutes. Heat the remaining rum in a saucepan. Pour the contents of the pan onto a warm dish. Drizzle with hot rum, set on fire and serve immediately.
