Vitamin drinks

If you do not like to swallow vitamins in tablets, pay attention to vitamin cocktails. Natural juices and fermented milk products activate all the beneficial substances contained in vegetables, fruits and herbs.

Ingredients

  • lemon juice
  • black freshly ground pepper
  • 3 sprigs of tarragon
  • 50 ml natural yogurt
  • 100 ml kefir
  • salt
  • 1 cucumber
  • dill
  • tomato juice
  • lemon juice
  • black freshly ground pepper
  • salt
  • 1 kiwi
  • 2 cups pineapple
  • 150 ml mineral water
  • 0.5 h. l. Teddy bear
  • medium sized banana
  • lemon juice

Cooking

Step 1

Prepare a tomato cocktail . Wash dill, chop. Peel cucumbers, cut into large pieces. Grind dill with cucumbers in a blender. Pour in the juice, pepper, mix. Pour into glasses.

Step 2

Prepare a yoghurt cocktail . Beat half of the kefir, yogurt, tarragon and lemon juice. Add the remaining kefir. Salt, pepper. Stir and pour into glasses.

Step 3

Prepare a fruit cocktail . Peel bananas and kiwis. Whisk together with pineapple. Add honey and lemon juice. Dilute with water and pour into glasses.
