Ingredients
Servings 2- mango puree - 3 tbsp. l.
- kiwi - 1 pc.
- green apple - 1/2 pc.
- pear - 1/2 pc.
- banana - 1/2 pc.

- flax seeds - 1 tsp
- chia seeds - 1 h. l.
- water - to taste
Cooking
Step 1
Put all the ingredients in a blender, add a little water and beat. Adjust the consistency with water as desired.
