  • mango puree - 3 tbsp. l.
  • kiwi - 1 pc.
  • green apple - 1/2 pc.
  • pear - 1/2 pc.
  • banana - 1/2 pc.
  • cashew nuts - a handful
  • flax seeds - 1 tsp
  • chia seeds - 1 h. l.
  • water - to taste

Cooking

Step 1

Put all the ingredients in a blender, add a little water and beat. Adjust the consistency with water as desired.

Step 2

Since I never put sweeteners like honey or sugar in smoothies, I put mango puree at the very bottom of the jar for sweetness. It's an amazing mix!

Step 3
