Mint English Sauce
Ingredients
Servings 2- 1 st. l. dried mint
- vegetable oil - 4 tbsp. l.
- white wine vinegar - 0.5 cup
- sugar - 1 tbsp. l.
- salt
Cooking
Step 1
Mix vinegar with sugar, boil.
Step 2
Add dried mint, stir, let cool.
Step 3
Beat with a mixer at low speed. Whisking constantly, pour in vegetable oil, drop by drop. Put in the refrigerator overnight.
