Chickpea cutlets

Ingredients

  • nut
  • parsley - a small bunch
  • dill - a small bunch
  • turmeric - 1 tsp
  • coriander - 1 teaspoon
  • salt - to taste
  • black pepper - to taste
  • sesame seeds - for rolling (optional)
  • vegetable oil - for frying

Cooking

Step 1

Soak chickpeas overnight. Then drain the water.

Step 2

Pass the chickpeas with greens through a meat grinder, add spices, knead the "minced meat", form cutlets the size of a large walnut. Optionally, roll in sesame seeds.

Step 3

Fry in plenty of oil until golden brown on all sides.
