Cake "Honey Tale"

Ingredients

  • brown sugar - 1/3 tbsp.
  • honey - 1 tbsp. l.
  • egg - 1 pc.
  • butter - 50 g
  • flour - 1.5 tbsp.
  • soda - 0.5 tsp
  • milk - 1 tbsp. l.
  • sour cream - 350 g
  • powdered sugar - to taste
  • chocolate - for decoration
  • shredded coconut - for garnish

Cooking

Step 1

In a bowl, mix brown sugar, butter and honey. Put the mixture in a steam bath, bring to a boil, add soda, remove from heat. Beat the egg with a fork, add milk.

Step 2

Pour the egg mixture into the honey.

Step 3

Pour in the flour.

Step 4

Knead the dough.

Step 5

Roll out the dough into a thin layer and cut out circles with a cookie cutter.

Step 6

Bake in a dry frying pan until golden brown on both sides (it bakes very quickly).

Step 7

Cool when ready. Make turrets from 3-4 cakes.

Step 8

Trim the sides carefully.

Step 9

Mix sour cream with powdered sugar (whisk). I took 20%. Coat each cake, sides and top.

Step 10

Grind the slices of cakes in a blender.

Step 11

Sprinkle crumbs on the sides of the cake.

Top with melted chocolate and coconut flakes.
