Austrian marshmallow hot chocolate
Chocolate in marshmallows or marshmallows in chocolate? In this hot drink, both products are equivalent.
Ingredients
- milk or dark chocolate bar
- marshmallow - 2 pcs.
- milk - 300 ml
- chocolate chips for decoration
Cooking
Step 1
Pour milk into a saucepan, heat it on the stove and lower the pieces of chocolate.
Step 2
We wait until the chocolate dissolves in milk, and we throw pieces of marshmallow into the saucepan. Let the marshmallow soften slightly.
Step 3
We shift the chocolate-marshmallow mass into a blender bowl, beat until smooth.
Step 4
Pour into a cup. Due to the fact that the marshmallow is lighter than milk in consistency, it rises to the top, forming a marshmallow "cushion".
Step 5
Decorate the drink with finely grated chocolate on top.
