How to cook Witch Fingers Cookies
Step 1
Mix butter, sugar and vanilla sugar until smooth. Add egg, beat.

Add salt and baking powder to the flour. Sift into the eggs, mix until smooth. Knead the dough.

Wrap the resulting dough in cling film. Place in the refrigerator for 90-120 minutes.

Melt the chocolate.
Step 5
Roll the dough in your palms into a "sausage". Then make a small indentation at the tip of the sausage. Make cuts with a knife to imitate the phalanges of your fingers.
Step 6
Grease all the recesses with chocolate. Then put an almond in the recess under the nail.
Step 7
Then place the fingers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 200 °C.
