Description

Butter flavored with vanilla seeds is not a dessert at all, but a sauce that is ideal for low-fat fish or tender chicken breast.

Cooking

Step 1

Cut the vanilla pods in half lengthwise and scrape out the seeds with the tip of a knife. Mix the oil with the vanilla seeds, form a 4-5 cm diameter roll, wrap tightly in cling film and place in the freezer.
