Tilapia fillet baked with vegetables
Tender fish baked with vegetables, served with tartar sauce.
How to cook Tilapia fillet baked with vegetables
Step 1

Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Prepare vegetables, chop or grate on a coarse grater and mix everything in a deep bowl, I use everything to taste, about the same amount of each vegetable.
Step 2

Grind a small amount (a teaspoon) of ginger and garlic, add to vegetables and mix.
Step 3

Peel and cut the potatoes into thin slices, lay on the bottom of the baking dish evenly.
Step 4

Add salt to vegetables (I use aromatic with herbs, for example Adyghe), bay leaf, peppercorns, black pepper, and any spices to taste, suneli hops or Provence herbs, add a tablespoon of vegetable oil and mix everything. Lay the vegetables on top of the potatoes.
Step 5

Put the fish fillet on top, salt it, pepper it, add spices, ground coriander or cumin is fine (but it's also to taste). On top, I spread fragrant butter with herbs, but simple creamy thin slices are also suitable (look for the butter recipe from me). All this is sent to the oven until cooked for 30-40 minutes.
Step 6

We take out and serve with sauces, lemon and whatever your heart desires!
