How to cook Spicy red lentils with cilantro and walnuts
Step 1
Cut the onion and carrots, sauté in olive oil.

Add cherry tomatoes cut into 4 pieces. Cook for a couple of minutes

Then add lentils. Mix.

Add water. Bring to a boil and reduce heat. Cook covered for 10 minutes.

Add salt, black and hot pepper, paprika, cumin. Mix.

Add mint, cook another 3-5 minutes.

Dry the walnut kernels in the oven or microwave. Chop with a knife. Add chopped cilantro and dried garlic. Mix.
Step 8
