How to cook Spicy chicken wings with fruits

Step 1

1. Wash the wings, dry them. Cut each joint into three parts. Set aside the top part of the wing to prepare another dish - broth or sauce.

2. Put the wings in a large bowl, marinate, cover with cling film and leave for 1 hour.

3. Peel bananas, cut into slices 3 cm wide. Fry them on all sides in a pan in a small amount of vegetable oil, 3 minutes. Transfer to a platter and season with black pepper.

4. Fry the wings in the same pan, 2.5 minutes each. from each side. Add quartered kumquats.

5. Reduce heat, cover and cook for 6 minutes. Arrange on a banana platter. BTW The composition of the marinade includes honey flavor, apple juice, soy, paprika, celery, garlic, citric acid.
