Description

The New Year is approaching, and it's time to think about how you would like to please yourself and your loved ones on a festive night. Salted salmon with dill will decorate any New Year's table.

Cooking

Step 1

1. Cut the belly of the salmon and remove the insides. Cut off the tail and head. Rinse the fish inside and out, dry thoroughly with napkins or a towel. Make a deep cut along the entire spine and, holding the knife almost parallel to the surface of the table, cut the fillet from the bone. In the same way, separate the second part of the fillet. Take out the rib bones. 2. Wash the dill, dry and finely chop. Mix with salt and sugar. 3. Put the mixture in an even layer on one half of the fillet, cover with the second half, press down. Wrap in cling film and leave for a day at room temperature, then place in the refrigerator.
