Salad with shrimps, arugula and parmesan

Shrimp and arugula salad is a dish that is not only delicious, but also looks very sophisticated. Arugula goes well with cherry tomatoes, avocados and other vegetables, as well as seafood.
How to cook Salad with shrimps, arugula and parmesan
Step 1
Clean the shrimp. Put on a frying pan heated with vegetable oil, and fry on both sides (only 5-7 minutes), sprinkle with lemon juice during frying.
Step 2
Cut sweet pepper into strips. Cut olives into 4 pieces. Cut cherry tomatoes in half. Cheese grate on a coarse grater. Tear the arugula with your hands.
Step 3
Combine all ingredients, add pine nuts, pepper and salt. Fill with olive oil.
