Salad with seafood and beans

Step 1

Defrost seafood (squid and shrimp), cut the squid into large pieces, pour white wine over and put on fire for five minutes.

chopped green beans 400 g
tiger shrimps 200 g
squid fillet 200 g
lemon 1 pc.
tomatoes 2 pcs.
carrot 1 pc.
lettuce leaves 1 bunch
white wine 100 ml
olive oil 3 tbsp. l.
parsley 1 bunch
garlic 2 pcs.
change 1 h. l.
