Salad with avocado

Avocado is a perfect salad ingredient. You can add just a few ingredients to it to make a delicious and nutritious dish at home. In our case, avocado will be complemented by cherry tomatoes, lettuce, feta, and olive oil. If you want to make this simple salad more filling, add boiled chicken breast or eggs.
How to cook Salad with avocado
Step 1

Cut the avocado into small 1 cm slices, cut the cherry tomatoes in half, and cut the feta into medium cubes.
Step 2

Season the lettuce with olive oil, salt and oregano. Mix gently.
Step 3

Place the lettuce on a serving platter. Top with avocado and cherry tomato halves. Top with feta and red onion.
Step 4

Sprinkle the salad with the juice of half a lime and serve.
