"Saint's Salad"

How to cook "Saint's Salad"
Step 1
Hard boil eggs, cool, peel and cut into quarters. Rinse lettuce and pat dry. Cucumbers, tomatoes, peeled peppers, radishes and cheese cut into large pieces. Cut the ham into very thin slices, roll into rolls. Peel potatoes, boil, drain water; immediately cut into circles. Arrange all prepared foods randomly on a plate. Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with a grapefruit quarter. Serve with vinaigrette dressing.
