Rosehip compote

How to cook Rosehip compote
Step 1

Place the rose hips in a deep bowl and mash the berries slightly. Remove the seeds if desired. Add the rose hips to boiling water. Cook the compote for 5-7 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat and let the drink steep for 10-15 minutes. If the berries have seeds, strain the compote.
