Rice syrniki
Rice syrniki is not only delicious, but also healthy. Why? First of all, because it does not have sugar, the excess of which in our diet is not criticized only by the laziest nutritionist. But these syrniki contain cottage cheese (natural, without vegetable fats!), eggs and gluten-free whole grain rice flour. By the way, it is in it that we offer ready-made cheesecakes to be breaded: this technique will provide products with a beautiful appetizing crust. And, finally, another important point in cooking is the use of coconut oil for frying, which does not emit carcinogens during heating. Worth trying!
How to cook Rice syrniki
Step 1
Prepare rice cake dough. Put cottage cheese in a bowl. Add salt and mix thoroughly. Crack in the egg and mash with a fork. Add half of the flour and knead the dough.
Step 2
From the resulting dough form small "washers". Sprinkle the remaining rice flour onto a plate. Bread the cheesecakes, carefully turning each one in a plate with flour.
Step 3
Heat coconut oil in a large skillet. Put the resulting rice cakes and fry over medium heat for about 5 minutes on each side. Serve hot.
