Red caviar with daikon noodles and mint

It is not known which of them is more important in this dish: daikon - a close relative of radish, a large root vegetable with a smooth white skin or red caviar. They combine wonderfully and surprise all eaters: Why didn’t we think of such a dish before?!

How to cook Red caviar with daikon noodles and mint

Step 1

Cut the daikon into thin, wide noodle-shaped strips with a paring knife.

Step 2

Dip vegetable noodles in hot water with lemon juice and salt for 30 seconds. Take out, dry on a paper towel.

Step 3

Make noodle nests. Put the caviar in the center, garnish with a mint leaf. Serve.
