How to cook Quick stew of zucchini with chicken fillet

Step 1

Cut the zucchini, tomatoes and chicken fillet into medium cubes.

Step 2

Peel, crush and chop the garlic. Add parsley and finely chop again.

Step 3

Heat up the melted butter in a saucepan. Quickly fry the zucchini over high heat until golden brown. Sprinkle with flour, salt and pepper, and fry a little more. Also fry the chicken fillet until tender, seasoning with salt and pepper. Add fillets to zucchini.

Step 4

Pour sour cream over zucchini and chicken and stir to combine. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Then add tomatoes and parsley with garlic, stir, remove from heat and serve.
