Quick Beef Steak with Mustard

Cookinero 22 Apr 2025

Steak is selected meat from the most tender parts of young bulls. However, several centuries ago in Europe it was not valued at all, it was considered an ordinary, unremarkable piece of meat. And all because the selection was carried out incorrectly: the wrong age, the wrong feeding of the cattle. Much time has passed, and now beef steak is a desired dish on any table.

How to cook Quick Beef Steak with Mustard

Step 1

Cover the prepared beef with cling film and beat it well with a kitchen hammer. The thickness of the meat should not exceed 2 centimeters. Then remove the film and divide the meat into 4 equal parts. Salt and pepper to taste, make sure that there are no places without seasoning. Coat half of each piece with a thick layer of mustard and cover with a clean part.

Step 2

Heat the required amount of vegetable oil in a frying pan. Fry each steak one by one on each side for 1-2 minutes.
