Quick Beef Steak with Mustard

How to cook Quick Beef Steak with Mustard
Step 1
Cover the prepared beef with cling film and beat it well with a kitchen hammer. The thickness of the meat should not exceed 2 centimeters. Then remove the film and divide the meat into 4 equal parts. Salt and pepper to taste, make sure that there are no places without seasoning. Coat half of each piece with a thick layer of mustard and cover with a clean part.
Step 2
Heat the required amount of vegetable oil in a frying pan. Fry each steak one by one on each side for 1-2 minutes.
