How to cook Puff pastry pies with apples
Step 1
Prepare the pie dough. First, transfer the package with it from the freezer to the refrigerator for a couple of hours, then let it completely thaw at room temperature.

Wash apples and cut into halves. Remove cores with seeds. Cut the pulp into thin slices. Carefully roll out the dough into a 10 mm thick layer. Cut into rectangles.
Step 3
Divide sliced apples among portions of dough and sprinkle with sugar. Pinch the edges so that the middle is open. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes at 210°C. Let cool slightly and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
