Puff pastry pies with apples will delight those who love sweets, but are not ready to spend too much time preparing "delicious". Our recipe perfectly solves the last problem! To prepare pies, you will need ready-made frozen puff pastry (which, of course, you can choose with special attention), as well as slices of fresh apples. The result is usually the most sincere admiration! Therefore, crispy puff pastry pies with apples are suitable for both a family evening tea party and a festive table.

How to cook Puff pastry pies with apples

Step 1

Prepare the pie dough. First, transfer the package with it from the freezer to the refrigerator for a couple of hours, then let it completely thaw at room temperature.

Step 2

Wash apples and cut into halves. Remove cores with seeds. Cut the pulp into thin slices. Carefully roll out the dough into a 10 mm thick layer. Cut into rectangles.

Step 3

Divide sliced apples among portions of dough and sprinkle with sugar. Pinch the edges so that the middle is open. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes at 210°C. Let cool slightly and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
