Pork rib soup with couscous and spinach

Boil the broth from the ribs (2.5 l.). Chop carrots, onion, garlic. Fry. Add to the broth with meat, as well as chopped parsley. Continuing to cook, add the washed spinach, mint, rosemary. Salt and pepper to taste. Add couscous, cook for another 5 minutes.
