Pasta with tuna
Pasta with tuna is one of those recipes that help out all those tired after work, loaded with household or other chores, as well as those who, in principle, do not want to stand at the stove for a long time. At the same time, the dish turns out to be hearty, tasty and, as they say, with a claim, since it contains capers, anchovies and olives. By the way, you can take any pasta, not just the spaghetti suggested in the recipe: for example, “feathers” or “spirals” are suitable. In the end, you can try different options and as a result choose the one that, in your opinion, goes especially well with tuna sauce.
How to cook Pasta with tuna
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients for the dish. First of all, boil the pasta (spaghetti) in salted water, following the instructions on the package. This usually takes about 10 minutes.
Step 2
While the pasta is cooking, prepare the sauce. Open a can of canned tuna. Drain the oil from it into the pan. Peel the garlic and pass through a press. Add to skillet along with capers and anchovies.
Step 3
Add finely chopped chili and parsley to the pan. Fry on low heat for 3 minutes. Mash the tuna with a fork. Transfer to the same pan. Add olives, a pinch of cinnamon and tomatoes.
Step 4
Drain the spaghetti in a colander, then place in the pan with the tuna sauce. Stir, sprinkle with lemon juice and heat for three minutes. Serve immediately.
