How to cook Oriental hibiscus tea
Step 1
Pour bottled water into a saucepan, add a piece of ginger, crushed with a hammer, and whole spices (cardamom and allspice can be lightly crushed).
Step 2
Pour sugar and hibiscus, bring to a boil over low heat, simmer for 10-15 minutes. Can be served cold and hot.
