Lazy chicken pie

What is the main thing in a dinner for two? Of course, the speed of its preparation. I want to spend time in each other's arms, and not standing at a hot stove with hungry eyes. This recipe is very easy to make and the ingredients may vary depending on what is in the fridge.
How to cook Lazy chicken pie
Step 1
Chicken, carrots, onions and potatoes cut into cubes.
Step 2
Heat up a frying pan with a spoonful of sunflower oil.
Step 3
Put the chicken into the skillet. Then - onions, carrots and potatoes. Fry for 5-7 minutes.
Step 4
Pour in sour cream, dilute with a small amount of boiling water (about 100 ml). Add green peas (you can replace broccoli, cauliflower), salt and pepper.
Step 5
You can add a pinch of flour to thicken the sauce.
Step 6
Roll out the dough into a baking dish.
Step 7
Pour the gravy into a baking dish. Cover with dough, make an incision in the center to release steam. Sprinkle with herbes de Provence on top, drizzle with olive oil and a little salt.
Step 8
Bake until crust is brown and crispy. At 200 degrees it will take about 15 minutes.
