How to cook Lavash rolls with eggs and smoked cheese
Step 1
Cut the eggs into small cubes, add chopped dill to them. Cut the sausage cheese into small cubes and add to the eggs, mix.
Step 2
Cut the lavash into rectangles of approximately 10x15 cm. Put a couple of spoons of filling in the middle of one sheet and roll it into an envelope or roll. Do the same with the remaining sheets.
Step 3
Heat a frying pan, pour oil into it and put the rolls, fry on both sides until golden brown on minimum heat. Put the fried rolls on a paper towel to remove the oil.
