How to cook Khiyaschuk
Step 1
Boil vermicelli. Put on a plate.
Step 2
Boil pork in boiling water, cool, cut into strips.
Step 3
Algae put in cold water for 2 hours.
Step 4
Cucumbers cut into strips, tomatoes - circles.
Step 5
Mix vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, dashi.
Step 6
Put cucumbers, seaweed and meat on top of vermicelli. Decorate with tomatoes. Drizzle with sauce. Put the mustard on the edge of the plate.
Serve cold.
